DFI - Residential Mortgage Loan Survey

The Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has prepared the attached residential mortgage survey (Excel format). We request this information be provided no later than January 24, 2008.

This survey has two parts: the first part focuses on residential mortgages; specifically, seriously delinquent 1-4 family residential mortgages on homes located in certain zip codes that have been disproportionately affected by the foreclosure crisis which the licensee holds, or acts as servicer or acts as trustee. The second part focuses on licensees' efforts to provide mortgage counseling.

Your response to this survey is required pursuant to Financial Code section 1934 and 1938 and 14255.
