DFI to Prepare Credit Union Group Filing for Form 990

Due to the recent ruling by the Internal Revenue Service to continue using the current version of the Form 990 for the 2007 tax year, the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) will prepare a group 990 filing for California state chartered credit unions for that year. Forms asking for certain information for the 2007 tax year will be mailed to your respective credit unions later this year.
