Clarification

Please note that the November 14, 2008 deadline referred to in the October 2008 Monthly Bulletin announcement regarding the TARPS program only applies to corporations reporting public information pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Act"). The Treasury is working on the rules and the filing deadline for banks that are not reporting companies under the Act.
