Warning Notice - Murdock Tour & Travel, Inc.  d/b/a Tram Transportation

DFI has been advised by Volvo Financial Services, a division of VFS US LLC, that a document on falsified Volvo Financial letterhead was sent to a prospective lender in  an attempt by Murdock Tour & Travel, Inc. d/b/a Tram Transportation ("Murdock") to locate financing. 

The document used a fictitious name and falsely indicated that the repossession status of Murdock's account should be changed to "no repossession."  Volvo Financial Services did not authorize any such change to the account and the account  remains in repossession status.   All persons who have received similar communications on Volvo Financial Services letterhead from Murdock should be aware that those communications are forged
