Revised Order Regarding Securities Rating Services and Their Ratings

Please refer to the revised order attached for a detailed listing of the eligible securities ratings services and eligible securities ratings.  This order supersedes and replaces the Commissioner's Order of February 28, 2011.

This Order applies to all licensees under the Money Transmission Act, and is effective immediately.
