The Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) offers a free email subscription service through our contractor GovDelivery. This service allows you to sign up for email updates about topics relevant to your interests.
How to Start, Change or Cancel Your Subscription
To receive DFI’s GovDelivery email updates, simply click on the Subscription Manager link below and provide the email address where you want the notifications to be sent and select the notifications you want to receive. If you are already receiving email notifications you can use the Subsciption Manager to change your email address, modify your password, add or delete subscriptions, or remove your email address from this service.
Important note to DFI licensees: To remain in compliance with the Commissioner Order on Electronic Communication, licensees are prohibited from unsubscribing their designated email address from GovDelivery. However, changes to designated email addresses are allowed and can be made through the Subscription Manager. If you have questions about designated emails, please contact RespondToDFI@dfi.ca.gov.
Prevent GovDelivery E-mails From Being Marked "Spam" or "Junk"
To ensure you receive the subscription e-mails and updates from GovDelivery, please add the email address “CADFISubscriptions@service.govdelivery.com” to your contact list, adjust your spam settings, or follow the instructions from your email provider on how to prevent these emails from being marked "Spam" or "Junk Mail."
When you sign up for this subscription service, you will be asked to provide your email address and the updates you would like to receive. GovDelivery will use the information you provide to deliver the notifications you have requested and to allow you to update your subscription preferences. DFI and GovDelivery will not share your personal information with third parties for promotional purposes.
